A member of the Reader Extender product family, when used with any Suprex Reader Extender (except the SPX-1300) the EXP-2000 allows for additional readers and associated door/gate hardware using a two conductor connection (RS-485). Like all Cypress Suprex products the EXP-2000 expansion units work with any Wiegand based control panel. The connection is totally supervised and secure. Units ship as matched set including Remote (door or gate) and Central (panel)units.
